Styles..

In the past couple of days we have been using a new Career Cursing website that has helped us learn about  how we learn. The style i'm is a tactile learner, a tactile learner is a learner that is hands on with there work. I am more able to learn by touching things. I learn also by doing activities that has to do with the thing that we are learning.  There where some ways they told me that would help my learning abilities, for example. rewrite my notes or type them on the computer. Think through a problem while doing something physical like exercising. make a diagram, notes, and flash cards as well as being physical informed. & then the last one is take short breaks for for physical actives while studying. What does this style mean to me? Well this style means a lot to me, why? Because this means i don't really like hearing people talk about it and things like that. Now you are wondering how this impacts me, well it doesn't really it will just help me through out my life. That is why and how my style is important.

human services

The two careers I'm going to tell you about are, Loan Counselors, and Translators. Both of these careers are in the human services.  Well first off the loan counselors Provide guidance to prospective loan applicants who have problems qualifying for traditional loans. Guidance may include determining the best type of loan and explaining loan requirements or restrictions.  Now the translators, translate written text such as, sign language and other things. They can also translate Spanish and other languages that people may speck. The next question is, why are these careers important in the world? Well without a loan counselors you wouldn't get to  take out loans at the bank. & also without a translators you wouldn't understand half the people in the US. Therefore both of these careers are very important, even though i would never do either one of these careers, doesn't mean they are not useful.

STEM careers.

The connections between the two careers i did in STEM was, well for a farm-laborer you have to use mathematics, technology and science. You have to use these for a bunch of things, when you are in harvest you have to use all these things. you have to use math to figure out the amount of corn or whatever you are harvesting. you also have to use technology for all the machinery, like if something breaks down you will need the technology and engineering to fix it. You need all four of these things while working as a farmer/laborer. My next career i chose was Geographers. you will also have to use science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. You have to use science while studying the rocks, & the earths surface. & that is why these careers are in STEM.
