Duties include customers of receipt, prices, shipping data, and delays; preparing contracts; and handling complaints. the skills for this job would be customer and personal service, sales and marketing, clerical thinking, active listening, specking, reading, writing, mathematics, near vision, and written expression. The education required to be a Order Clerk is a high school diploma, some collage no degree.
Telephone Operators are people who provide information by accessing alphabetical, geographical, or other directories. Assist customers with special billing request, such as charges to a third party. The skills need for this job are English language, telecommunication, communication, active listening, speaking, critical thinking, reading, comprehension, oral expressions, speech clarity, speech, and problem sensitivity. The education required for Telephone Operators is a high school diploma, some collage but no degree.
